Sharp Suits and Slinky Gowns Dominated at the National TV Awards

On Tuesday, some of the UK's most talented TV stars came together for a night that celebrated the best of the best. From soap stars to TV presenters, the red carpet at the National Television Awards was filled with familiar faces. Unlike similar award shows, the NTAs are gender neutral, with no separate awards for actors and actresses. Suranne Jones made a clear statement about this when she accepted the best drama performance award for Doctor Foster wearing a sharp suit adorned with a 50/50 pin. Other big winners included NTA favourites Ant and Dec, Coronation Street star Lucy Fallon, and the cast of the BBC's gripping drama Broadchurch (including new Doctor Who star Jodie Whittaker). See all their glamorous arrivals ahead.
