Lifetimes ago, the trailer for Taylor Swift's second Netflix documentary was released and while the behind-the-scenes stuff seemed neat, it wasn't concert footage that piqued my interest. There's a shot where the singer boards a private jet (relatable) with Olivia, one of her prized kitties . . . who happens to be in a backpack with a porthole window. I've seen cats in backpacks out in the wild — I do live in Portland — but this was one sleek AF cat backpack.

After some digging, I found the exact product: "The City Chic" Cat Backpack from Your Cat Backpack. While my cat is too, ahem, husky, for that option, we were able to secure a version from Your Cat Backpack that fit our needs. I've been using it for a few months now, and I have to say, my cat doesn't hate it! Take a look.

We also got him "The True Adventurer" Reflective Cat & Kitten Harness and Leash Set for Adventure Cats ($25), which we sometimes use when the whole family is outside and he feels left out. He's still getting used to it.
